In addition to not eating honey, no salt and other high-salt pickled foods, and limiting condiments, 6-month-old babies can try to add other foods, as long as the baby is not allergic in theory.

The initial complementary food can be any kind of food such as vegetables, fruits, meat, rice cereal, etc., but it must contain high-iron complementary food.

If the baby is exclusively breastfed, it may be better to add meat early, because breast milk is not high in iron, and the baby may start to be iron deficient after 4-6 months. Meat contains easily absorbed iron and zinc. Just make sure the meat is shredded enough to make a mushy paste that doesn’t make it difficult for your baby to swallow.

Recommend a baby bib product, it can prevent food residue from staining clothes.
