Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer？
A1: We are manufacturer, and we have more than 15 years of experience in producing baby books and other baby products. Our factory has passed the social audit of BSCI and the ISO 9001 quality management system, we are a verified supplier by Alibaba. All of our baby products can pass the CPSIA and EU standard safety test.

Q2: How can I get the sample?
A2: There are many available samples for you. And custom sample is welcomed. After approved the design and paid the sample cost, we will make the sample for you and give the photos of the sample once we finish it. If the sample is approved, we will send the sample to you.
Sample time is about 7-10 days, express time is about 7-15 days.

Q3: Can I customized designs and package?
A3: Yes, Customized design and package is ok for us, we need the file in PDF or AI file.

Q4: How about the logo?
A4: We will make your logo by printing or embroidery method according to your requirement. The logo can be added on cloth books, labels or packing.

Q5: What payment method can be used？
A5: By T/T,30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment. Trade assurance is also ok for us.

Q6: What’s the production time?
A6: Normally, 30-45 days after confirming order and received deposit, detail delivery date should be decided according to production season and order quantity.

Q7: How can I control the quality of the goods?
A7: We have strict quality control in production process. We have QC to control the quality in each process. You can arrange the third party inspection company come to our company to inspect the goods after the mass production has been finished.

Q8: How about the shipping?
A8: You can use your own forwarder to ship the goods. We also have long-cooperation forwarder, if you are not convenient at this part, we can arrange our forwarder to ship the goods for you.
